upshot:  faces SW, great for southerly thermals or west winds,
2 hr drive from DC, 1 hr drive from bay bridge.
use Betterton when winds are N of W,

Directions:  from bay bridge, at 50/301 split, stay on Rt 301 North.  A
few miles after the split, turn left onto Rt 213 North for Centreville.
 Pass thru Centreville and Church Hill, cross bridge into Chestertown
on Rt 213, and turn left onto Rt 219 West.  Travel 0.5 miles and bear
right onto Rt 20 West.  Travel 13.5 miles on Rt 20 to an end, passing
through the village of Rock Hall.  At what appears to be the end, turn
left onto Beach Road, travel 0.25 miles and launch appears on your right.

Best Wind Directions:  SSE, S, SW, W and possibly WNW

Amenities:  port-o-pottie, picnic tables, bbq grill, trash barrels,
covered gazebo w picnic table inside

Notes:  bay bridge, sparrows point and Baltimore visible from launch,
nice and out of the way feeling, great for summer thermals or any time
wind is S of W, parking right at launch--no gear carry

Stratagize:  consider nearby Betterton when wind is N of W
